K.K. Monon-Konmlan is an American writer who pens under the pseudonym in tribute to his and our ancestors in America and Africa. A native of Eastern North Carolina, the author has lived in Orlando Florida with stints in Atlanta Georgia; Virginia Beach Virginia; and Jamaica New York. As a professional recording engineer K.K. has spent some time in the music industry allowing for a great story or two. "All of Me Welcomed" is the first in a series of books where the author captivates the reader with Goldern Era Hip-Hop references and cinematic drama-filled paragraphs in a coming of age story that gives voice to the young; gifted; and black. "I feel like anything I say or write has to have a message with it." the author said when asked about the up-and-coming Urban Non-fiction series. K.K. also writes poetry and plans to follow up the series with a book of poems yet to be titled.
