Dawn P. Harrell calls Southern Louisiana home where she works full-time and loves being outside. Dawn cherishes spending time with her two grown sons, her daughter-in-law, and two rescue dogs. A writer by hobby, she started sharing her writing at the encouragement of several friends, and in 2018 Dawn created a Facebook page, aptly named, Seasons of a Sewer Girl. Her writing comes from experience, and much of it tends to have a darker feel, but that's because the words are her journey, her truth. Dawn doesn't try and hide her scars. She puts them out there for all to see. Dawn shares her vulnerabilities and most intimate thoughts to let others, who may have experienced abuse or have struggled with self-worth, know they are not alone. Dawn is shamelessly nerdy, a longtime lover of the night, and when she's not working or writing, you can find her at 3 a.m. looking at the stars and contemplating her next written piece or watching classic horror movies.
