We often hear that mother is the first teacher of a child. I have sensed this thing in reality. My mother taught me so many life lessons since a very early age, that have helped me grow in all areas of my life. Her life lessons were so effective that have not only helped me but my siblings, my friends and her own friends to come out of any adverse situation in life. I have always been eager to share those life lessons with people all over the world, and hence I started taking inspiring seminars and workshops. I am also an avid book reader. I read several self help books that reinforced my childhood learning in a very different way.

When I see people making their lives better with these lessons, I feel fulfilled. Many people face tough times in life and they don't know what to look for in such times. They make it even worse with their broken selves. Therefore I wrote this book - 'get up once more" that consists of those life lessons that will definitely bring positive changes in the reader's life.
