Dawn White

Dawn is a Yorkshire mum of two. Becoming a parent ignited her creative side, which led to her starting her own rhyming, parenting blog. Eager to capture and share the early years, she wrote in rhyme about the precious highlights and the often ridiculous but hilarious moments of family life.

She recently left her long-standing career in financial services in order to pursue her dream of working with children. She now works as a teaching assistant in her children's primary school.

"I have always enjoyed creative writing and so I jumped at the opportunity to team up with Annette Demetriou and Owlet Press publishing house.

Having become a mum and now working with children, I am privileged to see the magic that unfolds in a child's imagination when they connect with a book that they can truly relate to.
