Rachel McClellan

I am a Blessed 91 year old great-great grandmother living in Baltimore MD. I have been writing Poetry and short stories since grade school. Over the years, many of my family and friends have suggested to have my poems published. Now that desire has come to fruition.

I am an Avid Reader, Sports Fan, a Retired Florist with 4 children, (2 passed away), 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. I am the President of our Simms-Miller Family Reunion which was initiated by my Grandmother over 104 years ago and is now going into the 6th generation. I attended Douglas High School, Cortez Peters Business School and I was a Florist for Taylors House of Flowers, one location was on North Ave and the other location was in the Federal Building downtown. I ended my career at the Super Fresh A & P Stores. I taught Bible Class for 30 years at Unity Baptist Church in Elkridge MD. I Love all things Ravens and Orioles. I am not a fair-weather fan and I am a former Colts Corral member.
