Yumi Stynes

Yumi Stynes is an Australian-born author and broadcaster. She started working as a music reporter for TV in the year 2000 and has formed a respected career in podcasting and writing. Her talent lies in communicating hard concepts in easy-to-understand language - a skill that translates particularly well to the teenage audience devouring her books. The 'Welcome to' series of books has won multiple awards, been translated to 14 languages, and has sold more than a quarter of a million copies worldwide. As well as sexual health, women's health and feminist politics, Yumi also covers the Arts and food, and has written or co-written 3 cookbooks.
