Steve Hernandez

I have over 20 years of professional career development leadership, and co-authored The Job Search Manifesto. Over the last ten years, I have directed all aspects of career development support for the Wharton MBA for Executives program in San Francisco, including one-on-one coaching; career programming and teaching; and managing partnerships with the Wharton alumni community. Prior to joining Wharton, I was an adjunct career advisor for UC Berkeley, Haas MBA programs. I was also a former Partner for a local executive search firm, where I founded the executive coaching practice; and performed searches on behalf of bay area companies, seeking to hire middle management to executive roles in industries such as venture capital, private equity, banking, software, hardware, biotech, consumer goods, and nonprofit. I have a master's degree in Career Development from John F. Kennedy University.
