Brett Preston is an experienced attorney who decided to use his legal skills to help Christians in doubt about their faith become confident they are Christians. Brett attended Duke University, where he majored in Religion, and then obtained his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He has been practicing law in Tampa, Florida since 1986. He is a litigation shareholder with the Hill Ward Henderson law firm, where he also serves as the firm's General Counsel.
In his law practice, Brett defends individuals and corporate clients in a wide variety of complex lawsuits, including, among others: lawyers in legal malpractice cases; product manufacturers in product liability and structure collapse cases; corporate clients in commercial disputes; and insurance companies in insurance-related cases. The Best Lawyers in America publication named him "Lawyer of the Year" for Legal Malpractice Law -- Defendants in Tampa for 2013, 2018, and 2021. Brett and his wife Amanda have been happily married for almost 30 years and have three adult children. They attend Feather Sound Church in Clearwater, Florida.
