Prof Nagaraj Shenoy

Dr. Nagaraj Shenoy is a Civil Engineering graduate. He worked in the beginning for 6 years in the construction of Mega Industrial Structures. Later, he switched over to the Education field; taught B.E. and MBA students. He is serving in Engineering and Management colleges in various roles for the last 24 years. He has earned doctorate degrees from two universities Visvesvaraya Technological University and Dravidian University for his research works in the Management domain. He has presented papers in many National and International Conferences and published papers in National and International Journals. He has authored two books on Management Information System and Statistics for Management.

He has been honoured with the fellowship of The Institution of Engineers (India), Kolkata. He has won Outstanding Paper Prize in the two International Conferences consecutively for two years, in 2012 and 2013. He has served as Editor-in-Chief of ‘The IASMS Journal of Business Spectrum’ – A Bi-annual Journal from Indian Academy School of Management Studies. He started ‘IASMS Imprints’ – a bi-annual newsletter at Indian Academy School of Management Studies (IASMS), Bengaluru. He also started ‘DSJBS Footprints’ – a bi-annual newsletter at Dayananda Sagar College of Arts, Science and Commerce (DSCASC), Bengaluru. Magazines of the Education domain have published his interviews on various issues related to the Education field.

He regularly publishes literature of different genres on wide-ranging topics in reputed periodicals and websites in Kannada and English. He has been honoured by BBMP (Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike) with the Prestigious ‘Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Award’ for his exemplary services in the field of Education for the year 2018. He is presently serving as Principal and Director of Dayananda Sagar College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Bengaluru.
