Victoria Hall

Victoria is a self-development coach and speaker who is passionate about helping people who are stuck in unhelpful behaviour patterns take responsibility to change their life by understanding themselves better.

Having moved 20 times by the time she was 25 years old, Victoria became a specialist at 'fitting in' from a young age. Add to this her diverse career background as an RAF Officer, a partner in a law firm and HR Professional - Victoria's chameleon-like credentials were maturing nicely, until the age of 38, when she could no longer sustain the unhappiness of a life where she was not being herself.

Following an emotional breakdown at age 38, Victoria was coached to recovery. She learnt what makes her tick as a human being and to take control of what she can change about herself. By the age of 40, she had run the London Marathon, started her own business and most importantly, become content with her life which has made her a better mother, friend and human being generally.

Through the desire to help others do the same, she now works with professionals in senior leadership roles, encouraging them to be the change they want to see in others.

Victoria believes that any change must start with the individual and she uses neuroscientific insights and her life experience to help people on a fascinating journey of self-discovery which can see them succeed in their personal life and at work. She has been able to turn that wealth of people experience into a positive force in her life and that of her clients, both at a personal level and through leadership teams.

Victoria believes that the problems we face today are inseparable from who we are and the decisions that our brain makes for us without us even realising. Victoria works with her clients to help them understand themselves and the different behaviours that result from their brain and body intelligence systems. She advocates moving away from what you know to who you are as a person.
