Adleine Frederic

Adleine Frederic, affectionately known as Ms. Addy, is an educator, children’s author, and community advocate with a deep passion for helping children become the best versions of themselves—starting with the power of reading.

During the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020, Adleine authored her first children’s book, I Spy with My Little Eyes ABC Today, using storytelling to keep young minds engaged and learning during uncertain times. Inspired by the needs of her students and community, she went on to write her second book, Corona Capes! We Are All Superheroes, empowering children with age-appropriate lessons on safety, resilience, and responsibility during a global crisis.

Beyond the classroom and the page, Adleine also serves as a life coach, committed to helping children, adolescents, and adults achieve healthy minds and emotional wellness. She continues her community impact as the founding officer of Iron Sharpens Iron Services Inc., where she creates safe, supportive spaces for the young leaders of tomorrow by offering counseling support, personal development, mental health advocacy programs, and wellness initiatives that nurture the whole person.

Guided by her personal mantra, “If you hear the cry, answer it,” Adleine lives out her purpose through education, life coaching, community development, and mental health advocacy—empowering lives one story, one conversation, and one act of service at a time.
