Joy Eggerichs Reed is an author, literary agent, and founder of Punchline Agency, where she works with authors, speakers, and creatives who need direction, encouragement, and tangible action plans.

Prior to starting Punchline, Joy got her start as a blogger, speaker, podcaster, and event host. She took several years of improv comedy classes to fine-tune the skill of active listening and adding levity whether on a stage or with clients.

Now as a mother of three living in Paris with her husband Matt, she brings those same active-listening and levity skills to communicate with the toddler babble that surrounds her and the French language that evades her.
