Derek Thomas

Derek's leadership experience, combined with his engaging, and enlightening teaching style, has made him a transformative writer, leader, and speaker. He has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience from his service as a Noncommissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps to his twenty-plus years as a team builder and local pastor. Derek has trained successful leaders in government, sales, community, family, and education. He is an expert at explaining the nuances of Kingdom leadership and culture. He seeks to cause learning and for each person to discover their purpose and gifts, which will transform their lives forever. Derek and his wife, Ebonyee, live in Alabama with their four children.
