Jay Quarmby

Originally from Australia, Jay moved to Toronto in 2008 with nothing more than a backpack. He worked his way up from the

bottom of the corporate gym industry, from Head Personal Trainer, to Group Fitness Manager, to Functional Training Program Director where he was brought back to design, implement and run a fitness program for a number of years. In 2010 he started his first personal training business, while owning and running Buns of Steel, one of Toronto’s longest surviving boot camps. In 2016 he was selected as Elite Trainer to provide coaching services for international travelling executives for World Trainer’s ‘Global Elite Trainer Network’.

Jay played rugby league for the Canadian national team in a tournament in the United States. He has competed in Classic Natural Bodybuilding and Natural Physique shows. He gets called upon regularly to participate in fitness and health product beta testing and was hired to be the trainer and voice actor in a running app that is still in development.

Jay now runs a company called PERSONAL REVOLUTION, where he works exclusively with Toronto’s top-tier executives from

companies like LCBO, CBC, Dyson, Apple and RBC, to name a few. He runs a six-month life transformation program for overworked executives to restore life balance through health and fitness optimization while maintaining their high-functioning

careers. A combination of one-on-one coaching, workshops, live events, workouts, and accountability groups creates a unique

learning environment and an immersive experience for his clients to experience a Personal Revolution.
