Christine Bacci is the founder of Ditch the Scrubs, a movement to encourage fellow health professionals to start their own business and create the future of their dreams. With a passion for sharing her hard-earned wisdom after 20 years of entrepreneurship, Christine is best known for growing a Home Care Agency from $200k in annual revenue to more than $8 Million in less than 3 years and encouraging and helping other aspiring healthcare entrepreneurs to go from barely surviving to thriving. Running a multi-million dollar family business that includes a Health Career College, Residential Care Homes, and a Home Care Agency, she lives in Wichita, KS with her husband and 5 children. With her husband, Steven, and sister, Roxanne, a fellow nurse, they bring a wealth of Knowledge to the Ditch the Scrubs series.
