Gordon Williams

I live in Wales with my wife, plus a cat and a dog, in the Wye Valley on the border with England. From first stirrings of wanting to write at around fifteen I spent my life doing other things, from my trade as a carpenter & joiner, through engineering, farming and scale models, looking forward to the freedom to write full-time. When that time came, I wrote two books -- a novel THE GENTLE RIVER and a shorter companion to that novel, UPRIVER. I later published SEVEN SHORT STORIES, and all three of these books can be downloaded as ebooks/Kindle books on Pay What You Want (free or for a contribution) only from my website, or purchased as paperbacks online or ordered from most bookshops in the UK and abroad.
