Shantha is a senior leader with over 35 years of global experience and expertise leading businesses across South East and South West Asia, the South Pacific and Australasia, responsible for an annual turnover of nearly 1 billion AUD and over 8000 associates. He has also served on several boards and chaired a social initiative for the Government of Singapore.

He has an outstanding reputation for challenging the status quo and transforming businesses across those regions to achieve top performer status. He conceptualised and implemented a company-wide culture programme that championed the value of team members, evolving into a way of life across the businesses, resulting in a national top 10 rating in employer branding across a platform of 800+ organisations.

He is an inspirational mentor and coach, growing talent and helping leaders unlock their true potential, guiding them to achieve successful outcomes in their careers and transition into senior leadership roles.

He is passionate about those differently abled, leading a national initiative, initiating a national recognition programme and developing training centres to enhance the job readiness of those differently abled.

He overcame many a challenge in life, having lost his parents while still in his teens, to build a very successful career through passion, determination and belief. He is a proud father of two sons, a loving husband, and is passionate about paying it forward to make the world a better place by striving to be a better person, and an inspiration to others.
