Janet Dockery

Janet Dockery is one of the co-creators of the YouTube channels Vegan as Fork and Madrosed. Janet and her daughter, Maddie, have been making videos together since 2007 about some of their favorite things: reality TV and delicious vegan food. Janet loves spending time with her family and rescue pups, hiking and biking in the beautiful Hudson Valley, and binge-watching TV.

Janet has been cooking for more than 50 years and one of her greatest joys in life is to watch family and friends enjoy her vegan culinary creations. Her goal is to encourage others to try out plant-based eating and show how easy and accessible maintaining a vegan lifestyle can be. She's always on the lookout for new ingredients or cuisines to try.
