Richelle Ricard

Richelle writes about what she knows and loves:

Her career story started over 25 years ago in the basement classroom of her high school gym in Spokane, WA, learning about anatomy and sports medicine. Since then, they have taken her around the world teaching, learning, writing—and teaching some more. Her first book, The Yoga Engineer's Manual, is the result of always wishing there were more precise resources for helping yoga teachers to be better at their craft, and practitioners to be safer in their body.

Richelle loves food, folk music, EDM, sunshine, and tequila. Settling down may be a thing that never quite feels comfortable for her, but for now she's setting up a new home in Tucson, AZ, where the sunshine and tequila are abundant.
