Michel Pantin

Dr. Christian Pantin is a Christian (no pun intended), a husband, father, brother, uncle, friend, mentor, all roles that provide him the opportunity to lead, engage, educate, and empower.

Christian grew up in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, a dual-island Caribbean nation, a nation that acknowledges the significance faith. He received his primary and secondary school education at Newtown Boys Roman Catholic Primary School and St. Mary's Catholic Secondary School, respectively. Christian later migrated to United States and earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from South Carolina State University. As a career changer, he received his teacher certification from Armstrong Atlantic State University and later received his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Valdosta State University.

Professionally, Christian is currently a school administrator in his local public-school system where he is responsible for leading faculty, staff, and students. Before transitioning to school administration, Christian taught high school mathematics and served as a school district-level professional learning coach, both roles that granted him the opportunity to impact generations.

Christian describes himself as a God-chaser and urban education enthusiast. Christian believes that he was pushed into his destiny and that the promotions, the protection, and the unexplained acquisition of knowledge, are indications that God has placed him on assignment to serve others.

Dr. Michel Pantin is a Christian, wife, mother, sister, aunt, friend, mentor, all roles that provide her the opportunity to lead, engage, educate, and empower. She was born into a Christian family, that was not dominated by a specific denomination of Christianity, but rather a family that instilled Christian values and morals. She acknowledges that she is not a perfect person but lives each day to be a representation of Christ’s love.

Professionally, Michel is currently a human capital leader in her local public-school system where she is responsible for talent acquisition. Before transitioning into human capital leadership, Michel taught English at the middle school, high school, and collegiate levels, all roles that granted her the opportunity to impact generations. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Armstrong Atlantic State University and her doctorate from Georgia Southern University. Michel believes that she is living her purpose-driven life, a life where she gets to engage, educate, and empower young people, parents, community members, prospective educators, and educational stakeholders. She enjoys living a life of service to others.
