Lo Palomar is a consultant in the US and has worked around the globe on various projects. She attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where she received degrees in Marketing and Spanish.
Crying on Airplanes is her debut novel and she was inspired to write the book over brunch with her best girlfriends. Laughing about what the title of their life memoirs should be called, Palomar joked that with more than 100 nights in hotels and 100,000 airline miles per year, her memoir should be called, "Crying on Airplanes.” The story itself was inspired by her time working on a merger in Mexico City.
Palomar loves to travel and hopes you will enjoy exploring Mexico City through her eyes. She lives in San Diego, California and when she is not working or writing, you can catch her at the beach surfing.
