Celia Mannering

Celia Mannering is a registered dietitian working in a busy NHS hospital in Surrey, UK.  She advises patients on the hospitals’ wards and also runs weekly outpatient clinics.  She has spent time as a community dietitian, visiting a wide range of nursing homes to give advise to residents struggling with a poor appetite and to train nursing home staff on food fortification and techniques to encourage eating and drinking for those that need it. Prior to being a dietitian, she worked in the catering industry for many years as a chef and as a catering manager and cooking delicious food has always been her passion.
