Brittany Du Bois

Brittany Maylyn Du Bois was born on the small island of Trinidad. Once she and her family moved to the United States, she began creating stories and building worlds before she could even write on paper. Growing up in a lower-middle class neighborhood as an immigrant, multiracial woman gives you a lot to write about.

Brittany achieved a B.A. in Sociology from New York University in 2020, having gained exposure at NBCUniversal's Oxygen Media and MSNBC, as well as Discovery Inc's Animal Planet. Some of her work can be found in Cosmopolitan, Next Shark and Oxygen Online. An essayist, author and recently a game writer, Brittany's goal is to craft and nurture diverse stories that bring the world together.

"Streets of Melted Gold: An Arguably Fictional Memoir" is Brittany's first novel, written during her late teenage years and published right before graduating high school. She is eager to share more, and soon.
