Since childhood I've been troubled — and fascinated — by whatever in us remains untamed. Where does the animal end, and the human begin?

My novels and short stories explore that uncertain border, as magnificent as it is monstrous. Perhaps because we are all, to varying degrees, chimeras.

I live in Batsra, Israel, and devote myself to writing.
