Hi, I'm Shona Kamau, a Christian life coach at VLG Coaching. My work entails giving women the tools to heal, find love and self-acceptance after emotional trauma. I help my clients build healthy relationships with themselves and through a Christian lens. The women I work with are able to transform their lives through my 1 2 1 coaching, workshops and speaking engagements. Motivated by overcoming my past adversities, I take pride in facilitating the healing process of women. As an entrepreneur, I design inspirational stationery and accessories as part of my overall mission to empower women. When I'm not coaching, I'm a number whiz, with a background in accounting. I love going on nature walks with my children and designing aesthetically pleasing inspirational quotes.
