Niphaphone (nip-pa-pon) Laura Robertson is an Independent Coach, Trainer & Speaker with the John Maxwell Group, serving as CEO of Beautiful Potential Consulting LLC. She is also a Co-founder of iLocal Online Marketing and host of Blasian Soul Podcast.

Niphaphone was born into homelessness and enduring extreme poverty after her family fled the aftermath of the Secret War Laos and communist invasion. Niphaphone arrived in America as a malnourished child unable to speak English. Her family sought a chance at a better life than the one they left behind.

Despite numerous obstacles, Niphaphone discovered the formula for success, leading her to achieve significant milestones. Now, as a business coach & trainer, she's dedicated to helping clients overcome limiting beliefs, gain confidence, and develop the necessary success skills to pursue their dreams!
