"As a hen gathereth her chickens." Chicky Mine is a Christian allegory. In other words it's a Jesus story. Diana Kennard is a devout follower of Jesus Christ. She attended the University of Utah and eventually graduated from BYU, when she was already really old. So, fairly recently. She’s the mother of eight, and a grandmother of twenty plus grandchildren. She’s a Pet mom, author, illustrator, artist, poet, singer/songwriter, fashion designer, sculptor, crafter, runner, and gardener. She’s worked in a bank, a doctor’s office, an auto parts warehouse and as a secretary/receptionist. She’s never won any awards but she keeps doing stuff anyway.
