Kristen Glosserman is a Life Coach and has guided countless successful individuals to maximize their strengths and capabilities for more than a decade. Her clients include executives from Wall Street, Ralph Lauren, American Express, Douglas Elliman and Saks Fifth Avenue. These best-in-class business leaders seek Glossserman's advice for practical and straightforward strategies that work and can be applied to all facets of their life. With her signature blend of contagious dynamism and genuine warmth, she is dedicated to helping people embrace possibility, create positive change in their personal lives and careers, and achieve their “best version” through goal setting and personal accountability. Glosserman is also a certified parent educator where she helps parents obtain the education and skills that are key to raising resilient and independent children.

A protégé of renowned executive coach Sherry Lowry, Glosserman holds coaching certifications from the Institute of Life Coach Training, New York University, and University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Having competed nationally in gymnastics and trained under famed sales expert and author Steve Schiffman, she knows how to thrive in high-pressure environments. Through that experience, Glosserman not only learned the art of the sale but — more importantly — created a proven process focused on mindset, discipline, goal setting, accountability and closing loops.

A graduate of Penn State University with degrees in Speech Communications and Psychology, Glosserman has worked in corporate sales at Xerox and as manager of sales and Internet operations for Elink Communications. She regularly taps her extensive sales experience to help her clients hone their skills, improve personal discipline, foster resilience and create opportunity. As coach and confidant, Glosserman champions her clients as they work to achieve the incredible possibilities they envision, whether they are closing a seven figure deal or training for a marathon.

Glosserman is co-owner of Hill Country Barbecue Market with her husband Marc, and together they support several philanthropic organizations such as City Harvest and Share Our Strength/No Kid Hungry. A longtime supporter and former board member of the Madison Square Park Conservancy, Glosserman founded A Texas Toast, a fundraising event that has raised nearly $1 million for Madison Square Park. She also served as co-chairman of No Kid Hungry: Cookies and ‘Cue, a holiday fundraiser.

Glosserman will release her debut book If It’s Not Right, Go Left: Practical and Inspirational Lessons to Move You in a Positive Direction on August 24, 2021. The book gives readers tools to better connect, communicate, collaborate, and change, moving toward the best version of themselves. Focused on allocating energy between work and home, readers will take away valuable lessons on goal setting, maintaining family traditions, love and happiness.

Glosserman is based in Manhattan with her husband and four children.
