Timothy Puckett

I'm a University of Michigan graduate with over 35 years of experience serving families and students by providing expert, highly individualized academic tutoring in all academic areas -- kindergarten through college and graduate school. I’m proud that I can connect and work effectively with students of all ages. Recently, my students ranged in age from 7 to 75 years old!

Additionally, I guide parents and students through the complex college admissions process. Some of my students have earned perfect scores on the ACT and SAT exams. My former students have gained admission to America’s most prestigious universities, such as Harvard and the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). I have tutored students at all the major universities in Michigan, including the University of Michigan, Michigan State University, Michigan Technological University, Central Michigan University, and Wayne State University, among others.

Often, my students are adults returning to school to upgrade their job skills. Occasionally, businesses contract with me to provide remedial education programs for their employees.

I find it natural and easy to communicate with others, especially in person. I am committed to helping students reach their educational and career goals. I’m a fervent believer in the positive potential of all students. My mission is to provide life-changing, personalized educational care so students can gain knowledge, develop understanding, build confidence, and achieve academic success!
