With over 20 years of experience in award-winning talent and leadership development programs, Rick gives organizations, teams, and leaders the tools they need to thrive. Whether he is facilitating workshops online or in person, onstage as a keynote speaker or performer, or chatting casually one-on-one, Rick brings his internationally acclaimed insight, charisma, and authenticity to everything he does.

Rick is a Past President of the Austin chapter of the National Speakers Association and holds the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, a credential earned by only the top echelon of professional speakers through the National Speakers Association. He has served on the Program Advisory Committee for the ATD (Association for Talent Development) TechKnowledge conference for three years and has contributed content and ideas to numerous national publications.

He has self-produced six albums of original music to date and was a finalist in a national community radio songwriting competition. You can listen to most of his music wherever you stream it.

He and his wife Angela spend their spare time indulging their passion for scuba diving, hiking, biking, and live in San Antonio with two kids, two cats, and too many guitars.
