Dr. Aditya Nain is a writer, professor, and investment consultant. His expertise is in North American and Indian investments: equity, bitcoin, and cryptocurrencies. Previously a full-time academic, Aditya is visiting faculty for philosophy and logic at two liberal arts schools in India. He has taught a university course on the Philosophy of Money since 2012, and holds a Ph.D. in the subject from IIT Bombay. His ongoing research is focused on conceptual understandings of money and value, including contemporary innovations such as Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Aditya is currently working on a book on bitcoin and its impact on political philosophy.

Aditya has developed and taught undergraduate courses in Philosophy and Logic for over ten years. He has taught courses and delivered talks on topics including Money as Technology, Possible Futures of Money, India as a Thought Leader, History of Ideas, Indian & Western Philosophy, Logic & Critical Thinking, Greek & Indian Intellectual Traditions, Political Philosophy, Ethics, Design & Philosophy, Liberal Arts Curricula.

Aditya lives between Toronto, Canada, and Pune, India.
