Have been working in financial services in technology since the early 1990s for both Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan. Spent 5 years at JP Morgan first as a sponsor of Women in Technology, then creating a Male Ally network for Technology and then as a senior sponsor for the cross-firm ally program in EMEA. I'm passionate about technology and also improving diversity and helping people and teams identify bias in themselves and others and in how best to design processes and organizations to reduce the impact of this and maximize success in building an inclusive organization.
