Ultrarunner, mountaineer, marathon swimmer, distance paddler, and multisport athlete Jennifer Strong McConachie writes about global adventure and the endurance lifestyle. An Outward Bound graduate, she is also a Fellow in the Royal Geographical Society and member of The Explorers Club.

Additionally, Jennifer writes commercially as an award-winning marketing, advertising and public relations executive in her hometown of Wichita, Kansas, in the heart of the plains.
