Frances Hart

Frances Hart lives in Southern California. She is the mother to seven children and eleven grandchildren. Frances retired from Los Angeles Unified School District after 25 years as an elementary school teacher. She also operated her own Child Development Center for 12 years. Frances loves to travel the world while supporting organizations who improve education, fight hunger, and establish peace. Where Is Peace? is her first book she has written. She hopes to write more books that can unite communities across the world.
