Kim Wilcox is a renowned chef and restaurant

owner of the family-owned and operated It’s

All So Yummy Café in Knoxville, Tennessee. For

more than ten years, It’s All So Yummy Café

has been serving residents homemade soups,

salads, sandwiches, ice cream, and their most

famous specialty, savory and unique grilled

cheese sandwiches. Beginning in 2009, Kim

started her business with just one cake on the

menu. It has since grown and evolved, and

Kim has offered more than 120 varieties of

grilled cheese sandwiches over the years, using

locally acquired and seasonal ingredients.

Kim’s restaurant has been featured on the

Food Network, the Cooking Channel, and

local news programs. An inventive and out of-the-box chef, Kim also appeared in the
