Regina Noel Downing

Regina Noel Downing resides in Iowa with her husband and 2 kiddos...and 3 dogs. Ms. Regina is the owner and instructor of the Regina Noel Music Studio, where she teaches private voice, piano, and ukulele to students of all ages. She is also a health and life coach. Ms. Regina has a true passion for children and families. Writing has become a way to integrate all these passions, in hopes of having a bigger impact.
