For over 25 years, I've helped people learn how to EAT RIGHT and TRAIN SMART.
My background and training as a Clinical Nutritionist, Strength and Conditioning Coach and Chiropractic Sports Physician - had me working with stay at home moms, weekend warriors to world champion athletes.
My big break came when I was invited to be a guest on a local television show in Dallas, Texas. Apparently, they liked what I had to say and invited me back every other week to talk about natural medicine and health and fitness. I never imagined myself as a speaker, when you consider I grew up terribly shy. But as opportunities came, I kept growing and the more I learned, the more I shared. Eventually I found myself formulating nutritional products, inventing a fitness product, public speaking and writing a couple of books.
I share all that because health and fitness has been a passion of mine for years, it's a good habit to have. Although my kids will argue that having a dad as a nutritionist is no fun - but trust me, we get our share of cheat meals and desserts, so they're not being deprived. Although I probably cheat more than they do - but then again, I know how to cheat better than they do, so I don’t get all the negative consequences of my cheat meal.
I hope that gives you a little insight of me, because my wife, my kids, and my faith are the things I am most passionate about.
