I've been doing Scrum since 1995 & running fully remote Scrum teams since 2016. When the lockdowns hit last year, we went from being those "weird Agile guys who work entirely on-line," to "Hi! Nick! Can you show us how you work online? How about tomorrow?"

I have been doing Scrum and Lean management since 1995, for big and small companies too. I was the EMEA Project Manager for the first rollout of remote offices for a Global company in 1996. I was programme manager for the DVLA's removal of the 40 million paper driving licences project, & MOT2 (30+ million vehicles annually).

I even use Scrum to run rock bands. If I can do this for my rock stars, then you know I know how to get you to run your rock stars.
