Sandra Poindexter, winner of the WOLF Festival Award, November 2025, Best Sci Fi for Kepsium New Earth 3093 2nd Edition, was born in Lynchburg, Virginia. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree and has spent 42 years as a registered nurse. Along with writing fiction, she is a poet and has been writing poetry for several decades.
