Kaylee Steiff

Kaylee Steiff is an Ayurvedic Fertility Specialist and founder of Feminine Elements. Ltd. She is passionate about helping women live in alignment with their menstrual cycles and embrace the power of their periods. She personally struggled for years with her reproductive health. When she found Ayurvedic medicine she was able to balance her hormones, heal her cycle and strengthen her fertility and now she is passionate about helping other women do the same.

She has been studying Ayurveda and women’s health for over 10 years. She graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2011. Then she studied birth and bereavement with Still Birthday and became an Ayurvedic Postpartum Professional through the Newborn Mothers Collective. She believes learning is a lifelong pursuit and continues her education in Ayurveda and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy through Yoga Veda Institute.

Kaylee was born and raised in central Ohio where she now raises her two boys. She spends her free time homeschooling her boys, reading books, and chasing her hyper dog. You can also occasionally find her sneaking off to explore local breweries as she is also a craft beer enthusiast.
