Eric Toth

Eric Toth is a lucky man. He is married to a remarkable woman, whose creative and considerate spirit brings joy, direction and often hysterical laughter to his daily life. He also has three extraordinary daughters, whose curiosity, honesty and humor keep him in awe and in check.

Most days, Eric works as an executive in the behavioral health nonprofit sector. It also turns out that he is a writer with a penchant for amassing fictional events in his head before ever getting around to putting them on paper. Among the beliefs that drive his writing are the following: time is not linear; we become who we are through our interactions with others; reading should be an active and intentional pursuit; and music is the best way to describe emotions when there are no relevant words or descriptive phrases available.

A New Englander by birth and by nature, Eric lives in the Lower Hudson Valley of New York. He enjoys spending time with his family (naturally), home improvement (by default) and conceiving fiction (he just can’t help it.) He gets uncomfortable when people put their feet on the dashboard. Most of his inspiration to write comes by way of listening to music, usually Bob Dylan.
