Molly Schreiber

Molly Schreiber is the owner and founder of Challenge to Change Inc, a kid’s yoga studio offering lifelong wellness skills for people all of ages through the practices of fitness, yoga, meditation, and daily mindfulness practices. As a former elementary teacher, working with students and school personnel is at the heart of Molly’s mission. She believes that we can change the world by empowering children with skills that foster positive thinking and compassion for self and others. This belief inspired Molly to design various programming such as The Yoga in the Schools Project, Kids and Adult Yoga Teacher Trainings, online learning resources for school and families, numerous children’s books, and countless other Mindfulness resources. Molly is an E-RYT 500, Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher, and holds a Master’s Degree from Western Illinois University in Education. She is a mother of four beautiful children: Sydney, Maggie, Jacob, and Maria, and a wife to Tom. Regardless of the role she is in - mother, business owner, wife, friend, or teacher - Molly joyously shares her mission for helping people of all ages cultivate happy and healthy lifestyles.
