A former heavy metal singer and martial artist, he lives in Cornwall with his wife, cats, too many books and an entirely reasonable number of swords. His fiction contains killers, heretics, monsters, doomed souls and appalling life choices. Nobody is safe. Redemption is unlikely. The cats remain unimpressed.
