Dr. HARIHARAN NARAYANAN is the Founder and Director of SHRI ACADEMY, Pune, Maharashtra.

He is also an Adjunct Professor – Business and Accounting, at BDL Campus, Botho University, Gaborone, Botswana.

He is an Adjunct Professor – Poznan University of Economics and Business, Poland.

He is also an External Moderator for the School of Business Management, Governance and Economics – Department of Enterprise Development and Management, University of Namibia.

He was also Professor - School of Management, Ajeenkya DY Patil University, Pune, India.

He is a qualified INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR as per IICA – Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India. He is also a Member of Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA), Pune, Maharashtra. He is into Academics for more than 27 years serving in various capacities at reputed institutes teaching Core Finance and Business subjects at Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Professional Course levels in India and Abroad. He has attended and presented papers in various national and international conferences. He is member, board of studies/examiner in various universities and institutions. He is also member of Editorial Board of various Management Journals published from USA, UK and India. He specializes in the field of Taxation, Accountancy and Finance.
