Mark William Johnson

Mark William Johnson is an American author of three books "Body; a Compilation in Verse" and "Midnight and Shoelaces" Both of these book contain Poetry, Essays and Short Stories. Mark is located in Chicago IL. and began writing 7 years ago. He takes the emotional content of his first two books from his Mental Health problems due to being diagnosed as HIV positive and also having an infection of the brain called Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy (PML). Mark's third book comes from dealing with the Covid 19 Pandemic as well as being disabled "Mark William Johnson's Little Book of Faith" grew organically while taking hikes throughout parks and wooded area and becoming one with nature. After struggling with spirituality he jotted writings about what "Faith" means to him and the "Little Book of Faith" was born. It is a short read including thirty-one devotionals and a short story. The book is not about religion but on the contrary a book about what Faith. The play "by Piccadilly Station..." and his first novel "Ka5per" are his future projects.
