Vicky Goggin

Vicky Wicks-Goggin got her real estate license in 1975 and has worked off and on through the years in various markets, Mission/McAllen, Austin, Dallas and Tampa. She decided that she didn’t want to go to her grave with the epitaph: She was a great Realtor ®. She wanted something totally different for her life.

With a list of crazy characters moving in and out of her life, it was time to write about them. So, in 2016, she joined a writing group at the San Marcos library and wrote her first novel, CHILD OF THE MOUNTAIN GODS. The experience was so engaging and challenging that she decided to write a series of books with the same characters through a time-line of twenty plus years.

Vicky Wicks-Goggin has lived in Ohio, Texas and Florida and decided to combine all of her experiences and people into book form. She currently lives in Texas with her eyes on Colorado next.
