Iain Ballan

Fiction writer Iain Ballan, was in lockdown with the Covid 19 pandemic, when he wrote his first book, 'Bursting the Bubble'.

He was raised on the family farm in the northwest of the state of New South Wales, Australia, and has always maintained a strong interest in farming as well as aviation.

All of his stories are based on authentic experiences of his and other people in an area he knows well. He still reminisces about the days of living and working on the farm.

Learning to fly in a country town at the local Aero club, evokes memories of the various crop dusting aircraft of the day - fifty years ago.
