Mark Kolb

Mark Kolb (aka the local "Merchant of Fun") is a passionate game designer of tactile, laser cut and online games. His first book "The Game of Lost Letters" is a unique word deduction game using pattern matching. The original set of "Lost Letters" challenges was created years ago when he did a lot of travelling and needed a pen and paper game to play on planes before the advent of mobile apps. His newest series, "Beyond the Board" gives both lovers and haters of Scrabble® a chance to use their tiles off the board and within a book of 40 different games. Mark uses his algorithmic coding abilities to create these books and explore new ways of providing wordy challenges.
