Diane Woodrow, after traveling through much of Northern Europe alone and as a single parent. She settled in North Wales with her husband after both her children left home. She blogs, write short stories, flash fiction and is working on a novel.
Her inspiration for her writing comes from her travels, her faith, her friends and family, as well falling into her head whilst walking her little dog on the beach or in the mountains. All of this lead to her first publication, The Little Yellow Boat
She has now self-published a book of poems on Amazon POD, called Inspirations from Walking in North Wales, taken from early morning dog walks.
Diane loves to encourage others to write. More of about this can be found on either barefootatthekitchentable@wordpress.com or https://aspirationaladventure.com/
So if you would like to put together a book of poems, stories, a novel, and want to be like The Little Yellow Boat with a group of writers supporting you then give Diane a shout - diane@aspirationaladventure.com
Why do I write?
I have always written for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately all my earlier writing has vanished but I do remember writing a play about Thomas a Becket and an American detective story.
My life motto is “if in doubt write”
