A.K. Neer

A.K. Neer is passionate about writing and producing books that include diverse characters within stories that encourage and empower young readers to know, accept, and be themselves. Inspired by her own children, she hopes her books will bring awareness of emotional intelligence, self-discovery, and self-confidence to readers of all ages.

Residing in the suburbs of Atlanta, she and her partner are parents to three awesome children, and one precocious Sheepadoodle. They all enjoy outdoor adventures, indoor board games, reading, gaming, all things artistic, and being their weird, authentic selves. A.K. especially enjoys kayaking, painting, and yoga.
